@troyraen - notebook execution is on the way, it just runs into all kinds of timeouts other server errors. Bottom line, please go ahead and merge this as a fix for the npm install issues and handle/wait out the other issues as usual. |

Apparently we have some issues about the paths/etc, so falling back on using JB to handle all the npm stuff and run the command alias. (We should have everything already installed, but GHA has issues picking up the command)
This should fix #167
